Fuff International Limited is an online shop that sells gift and homeware items featuring our unique designs, inspired by traditional British images. Our conditions of purchase follow the applying English legislation and our own guiding principles. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. No customer payment details are kept on our database to ensure online ordering security.

We accept payment with most major credit and debit cards. If you prefer, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

 Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque.

To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form to our address.

Alternatively you can telephone us and we can process your order for you.

Prices

Prices shown include VAT but exclude delivery. Prices are correct at time of publication.

We can currently only accept payment in British Pounds and Euros.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care that the product information on our site is correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately but slight variations may occur. Some of our products are made from natural materials and may vary slightly from the picture. They may also have small imperfections due to the nature of production and print processes.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
