We offer a range of Royal Mail delivery options which include Recorded and Next Day Delivery. We dispatch your items as soon as they are available, usually within 24 hours of an order being accepted.

Cost of delivery varies depending on the weight of your purchase, and will be calculated at Final Checkout. Fuff aims not to profit from customer delivery charges.

We will do our best to ensure that the estimated delivery time (stated at Final Checkout when you see the delivery options) is met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

EU & USA Delivery

We dispatch your items as they are available using Royal Mail International Delivery.

As with UK deliveries, the cost varies depending on the weight of postage and your location, and will be calculated at Final Checkout. Fuff aims not to profit from customer delivery charges.

Return / Refund Policy

We hope that you love your Fuff purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

On receipt of your purchase you must e-mail us within three working days to notify us of your intention and to obtain a returns number.

A full refund or exchange will only be given when we have received the returned goods. Items must be undamaged, and unused and in the original packaging. We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card. The cost for returned goods are the customers responsibility except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
